Close to Alachua
Most of our builds are within a 15 or 20 minute drive of Alachua, Florida. We regularly build in Alachua, High Springs, Gainesville, Newberry and Fort White. Counties served include Alachua, Gilchrist and Columbia County.
Sufficient Budget
We set high standards for quality and want to build homes that last for many generations. Providing that level of home requires a sufficient investment. Generally, most of our homes start around $500,000.
Have a Clear Vision
We love helping clients clarify their ideas and develop plans to meet your desires and budget. It’s most helpful if you have pretty clear ideas on the big picture aspects, location, style, size, etc.
Aren't Interested in DIY
We’re a full service builder catering to clients who want professional guidance and skilled trades. We have a honed process that delivers high-quality homes on time. Our process does not fit well with clients who wish to do some aspects of work themselves or clients who want to be actively involved in managing the construction phase. We want to handle that stress for you.
Recognizes Good Long-Term Value
Our pricing is competitive, but we don’t cut corners and sacrifice quality to be the lowest bid. We’re proud of the homes we build and over the decades you’ll enjoy your home, we strongly believe you’ll find no better long term value than an Amira home.
